What does my payment include?

Your payment includes a unique custom poem or custom wording for greeting cards and invitations plus any rewrites and mailing of your custom poem on beautiful stationery.

Is it safe to order online?

All Credit Card Processing is SECURE through Paypal. Certified for your Online Safety.

I see payment is required before you will take my information. What if I don't like what you send me, once I've paid for it?

We're sure this won't happen because we only mail you the final draft which you have given us your approval for. We want you to love your custom poem!

How soon can I expect to see the finished product, once I provide the necessary information?

You will receive your initial draft within one week and your finished product within 2-3 weeks depending on the length of your poem. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your Candle Lighting Poems as it takes longer to accumulate all the information for 13 poems.

What if I need a Rush Order?

We would appreciate it if when you contact us you let us know that you have a rush order. There will be an additional charge for your rush order but we will try extremely hard to accommodate your request.

RETURN / REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of this product, cancellations will only be accepted within the 48 hours after the order is placed.
